New rules for yellow flag pasing effective imediatly _and_ no race stop when
rain starts, effective from 2005.

I can't say I like the latter. Racing on slics the last couple of laps as
the rain pour down could cause more crashes where no security is installed.

Quick release front wheels with carbon disks. Should be interesting.

My understanding is that they will be allowed to switch bikes during a race,
to a bike completely set up for the rain. So a quick in-and-out, and on a
bike that should be faster pretty much right off. I prefer that to stopping
and restarting - think about how Mugello might have gone with this. The
biggest problem might be guys charging into a wet pit lane on slicks all at
once.
