Post subject: oil filter question
Archived from groups: alt>motorcycle>sportbike (more info?)

So I was surfing kneedraggers.com as result of asking for a good place to
buy tires online.
Anyway, I checked out oil filters and they had this billet one made of a
stainless steel mesh, low micron filtering, high oil flow, reusable, etc...
Used by NASCAR, blah, blah, blah....

It was over $100, anyone use these things?

I know how important a filter is since I change my oil every 10k miles,
whether the bike needs it or not. (which means I have never changed the oil
in a motorcycle, since I never really ride).

Bryan
