On the issue of idiocy, cultural survival and a low 'mean
intelligent' ... system of enforcement.
How idiots come to decimate thier own culture.
In the US 96% of the citizens have room temperature or just
faintly higher IQ's... so these agree with each other a
lot....
naturally... idiots share view points. thats why our
founding fathers defined a constitutional form of govt and an
electoral college rather than a 'popular vote' system. To
preclude morons gaining more influence than they already have.
These are an easily controlled group of folk. 96%!
Amazin aint it.
Maybe thats why they get run over so often... like
possums...riding slowly in tunnels below the speed of traffic
simply in order to obey a speed limit sign.. errr duhhh.
(thats even illegal)
.... and in violation of senior laws of the land that one can
do whatever is necessary to insure his or her survival in
dangerous circumstances... the prima facie speed law.
can the 96% idiot contingent, with the room temperure IQ's
comprehend this?
Well we just did that test on the NG... apparently not.
Easy to fathom though as one reads the references below.
The following are excerpts on the larger issues. You can get
these and a wide range of other studies by searching googles
'web' tab with various combinations of the following key
words.
'Police, culture, high, IQ range'
To search goggles web tab do this:
In the address box of your 'web browser' type"
www.google.com
when that comes up, google in all colorful letters.. you will
see a blank search box below... and on the top left of that
box the word 'web'... click on that.
then the blank 'web search' box will come up.
Just fill in yer key words and press enter.... enjoy.
When you allow the idiot contingent to ignore the law and
common sense (which is codified into the law as few
realize)...you contribute to the decline of yourself and your
culture.

PERSONNEL SELECTION
The oldest known usage of psychology in policing was for
mental testing, which was soon followed by personality testing
(Bartol & Bartol 2004). During the early 20th Century,
several prominent psychologists tested the intelligence of
police officers. For example, the well-known psychologist
Louis Terman in 1917 found that the average IQ of some
California officers was only 80, and for many years, 80 was
the IQ cutoff for being able to be hired in a public safety
job. The psychologist Louis Thurstone in 1922 found some
Michigan officers with an average IQ of 71, and other studies
found officers with IQs as low as 55. All this led to the
"high IQ" or "college cop" movement started by August Vollmer
in police history and lasted from 1921-1943 with mixed
success. Women and blacks actually found some of their first
jobs in policing because their IQs were higher than most white
applicants and employees. According to Poland (1978), it
wasn't until the late 1960s or early 1970s when most police
officers achieved at least an average score; i.e., an IQ of
100, on intelligence tests (see Lecture on IQ for chart).
Intelligence testing today is still quite controversial, with
some studies saying that IQ only helps with academy
performance, but the majority of studies saying IQ tests do
have some predictive utility for field performance (Bartol &
Bartol 2004).
The IQ Ranges and Their Interpretation
0-20 profoundly retarded
21-35 severely retarded
36-50 moderately retarded
51-70 mildly retarded
71-90 slow learner
91-110 average
111-120 above average
121-140 superior
141-160 very superior
161-180 gifted
181-200+ genius
INTERPRETATION OF TABLE: Most people cluster around
the average (IQ 100), with about 3% of Americans regularly
scoring above IQ 130 (the threshold for "gifted"), and about
3% regularly scoring below IQ 70 (the threshold for
"retarded").
When we allow a nation to be dominated and enforced by the
"slow learner, to low average intelligent" we cater to the low
mean average in the culture. Such cultures tend to rapid
decline.
