How do you clean your bikes? - I finally got the bike out for a good cleaning with the nice weather this weekend. Since this is my first sportbike I wasn't really sure how to approach the task. I ended up removing the lower fairing and washing that with Armor All Car Wash..

Guys check out these riders from the past - Just scroll down the entire thread. I found it real what the old timers did on their bikes way back in the 50's. The pics are I may have to get the Buell out when it snows.:-) ..

Motocross boots - I'm not sure where to post this, there doesn't seem to be a motocross specific group, but perhaps you can help me. Are boots enough to wear the day? And if they say size X," is that standard Men's sizes?..

That way my boots and the garage floor are fresh as the day is long. Another technique is to drag my feet on freshly rained on roads, scraping off any unwanted peg slime in the process of evaluating the available traction.
