I believe you were trying to respond to my post. If so, your logic is
flawed. The reason for courtesy with regard to the dead is for the
benefit of their families and friends, not them (they're dead). So,
if the people here have some shred of common decency, please refrain
from saying things like "I'm glad he's dead" knowing this guy's friend
is going to be reading it. His friend may or may not have encouraged
him to sign up. You don't know this, so don't assume.

I respond with a fake newspaper headline announcing the surprise news that
Eleanor Rigby was written by the cheeky Scouse songster. I could as easily

This passes Turby by, and he actually posts a URL to the lyrics to prove his
point.

This amuses me.
