I haven't ridden a bike for 30 years. Missed it greatly. But I now have a
new bike at the age of 60, and luv it!. Problem I have is I can't buy a 2
metre high bike shed because I live in a bungalow and the only place I can
put it would obstruct a lot of light getting in my place. Someone told me of
a low bike shed u can buy with a lid that lifts. I've searched the web in
vain for such a shed with no success. Any bikers out there who know of a
shed like this, I would surely like to hear from.
BTW I live in the UK
appreciate any help,

I'd have thought one of those plastic garden tool stores would do.
Something like this
http://www.screwfix.com/prods/18495/
without the outrageous price.

Suggested reading: The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan.
So far 11 books with a total of 9353 pages. (I lost interest in the
middle of book 7.)
As Robert Jordan is dead, someone else is continuing the series.
It will probably continue until time ends.

I've got a 3m x 3m by 2m high shed made from plastic coated profiled
steel sheet at the chateau, which I got for less than 400 Euros at
Castorama. TBF the door arrangement (sliding doors in the middle of the
front wall) isn't ideal for bike though. Takes the KX65, three mountain
bikes, FOAD mower etc. though.
I could do with something similar for here. In fact these look much the
same:
