I love it except for the valve ticking, which based on what I've read is normal. Has anyone changed their exhaust to mask the ticking or will it always be there even with a louder exhaust? My....

oiling the chain on a Yamaha yzf600 - I had to ride my bike in the rain yesterday, and the manual states that I should oil the chain if I ride the bike in the rain. The problem is that the manual doesn't really tell me how to do this. Could some one explain to me how to oil the chain..
