Hello All,

I'm considering buying a 2005 Vmax when they come out. I've been at the five
local dealers in my don't have a Vmax of any year for me to even sit on. I'm
6'4" and am concerned by the foot pegs mid bike location that my long legs
may become tired and sore on a long ride.
Any Vmax owners that can shed light on this for me?

Thanks
Brian

I have a 2003 V-Max and I am 5'9" 210 lbs. I know the seating position is
perfect for me. But for your height I would have forward controls installed.
I am looking for a set myself just for long rides. I love the bike there is
nothing else out there like it...cooper

Thanks for the input, do you know if there is an after-market forward
control? Or does Yamaha make them?

Thanks
Brian

i'm 6'1'' and when buying 03 max, that was a concern of mine too.
med. peg location is a little uncomfortable. i fixed by adding engine
guards with hi-way pegs. now, no problem.. hope you get a v-max.
i'm glad i did. awesome bike.
