I wonder if anyone can help with the following torque settings for a
2005 Yamaha Cygnus X scooter, or give me a link where I could find a
downloadable service manual with these details. I have the original
owners manual, (they aren't included in there which surprised me,
especially the wheel nut settings), and I have found a downloadable
service manual for a Vino 125 on the web, but there appear to be
differences with torque settings between these scooters, (i.e. the oil
drain plugs, whose torque setting are included in the Cygnus owners
manual, are different from the Vino settings).

The torque settings I require for the Cygnus are (Nm or Ib ft):-
Front wheel nut ............
Rear wheel nut, (this is 24mm spanner size) ............
Clutch bell nut ...........
Clutch carrier nut ...........
Primary sheave nut ...........
Crankcase cover nuts ............

Alternatively, I can be contacted directly at cygnushelp DeleteThis @ntlworld.com
