Is there a fix for a stripped spark plug hole on a TTR125 other than
replacing the cylinder head. Thanks

Rick,
"Helicoil` - (involves drilling out, rethreading, and installing an
insert.)
There are also prethreaded insert kits in common sizes availible that
can be 'do it yourselfed` if you've got the proper sized drill and the
skill to get it right, (square and not 'waspwaisted`), the first time.
- If you screw up the drilling the head is toast.
I repaired a crossthreaded sparkplug hole on an old beemer and its
still OK three years later, (high temp. 'loc-tite` highly
recommended.)

I can recomend a Helicoil fix, it really will work. It would be ideal if you
could find someone who has done this before, as Pragmatist says, if you get
the drilling wrong it is pretty much knackered.

I once tried to persuade a spark plug to stay in a head with some metal
'glue'. It would regularly fly out at great speed. Never lost it as the
spark plug cable was on nice and tight :0)

Cheers

James
