How do you think I became "The Voice of Experience", if it wasn't because I
tried different things and learned from my mistakes?

Yes, there are people who will never admit that what they added to their
motorcycle didn't actually work. They may say something like, "Well, I never
had any problems with (insert aftermarket brand name)."

They either have excessively high self esteem or they are totally unobservant
of the undesirable compromises they make when they modify their machine with
aftermarket products.

Aftermarket companies love their glowing product endorsements.

I usually wind up taking the aftermarket stuff off my machines and going back
to stock.
