Purchased a 200r Yamaha Royal Star Venture about 2 months ago and I
really enjoy it. I have ahad all the other bikes in the past from
Harleys to Hondas and this is without a doubt the most enjoyable and
smoothest bike I have ever ridden. I would like to know other opinions
on this.
I really love mine.

Check out www.mtariders.com. It started out as the Venture Touring Society
back in 1983 but has become "an all brands, makes and models" club. Many of
the members still ride Ventures, old and new. The site has a discussion
forum that you can post questions to as an guest.

I just bought a 2001 Venture. I have a 2001 Roadstar Silverado and the
Venture is twice the bike. Very comfortable. We are looking fwd to
taking longer trips than we could take on the Roadstar. Our Venture is
a two-tone green sort of olive and pale olive. Anyway we love it.
