Well, got hold of the solicitors today, and the other party have agreed
to a 50/50 split for the accident I had in April this year
(http://tinyurl.com/55at5). Considering the circumstances, I think
that's a decent result.

Thwey offered 20/80 at first, but I thought that was a bit harsh, so,
told them: 50/50. Had I known they would bend down to pick up the soap
that quickly, I would have tried 80/20 Smile.
