Post subject: Rejetting V-Star 650

I have just finished installing a hypercharger on my 2002 V Star classic.
It will not run past 30 mph. I have the rejet kit. I need information
on rejetting my bike from someone who has completed it. Do I need to remove
the tank? Pilot jet? Please let me know. Thanks

Thanks Don.
I rejetted the Carbs and even started the stage 3 Exhaust mods. Got through
one pipe when the sun went down. So far everthing is great.
