Post subject: Red Light camera

How do the red light cameras work ? I got plashed by one as I interred a
intersection. The light changed on me as I went though it the strobe flashed
all over the place. I have contacted the proper people and have found out I
did not get a ticket after the viewed the video. All I am wondering is how
do the work / Motion sensor or what ?
