Well, this is true, and while there are some SF books I want to keep
(mainly anthologies, Peter Hamilton, Larry Niven/Jerry Pournelle works
and others), I can't see myself ever reading the various Asimovs and
some of the mure lurid space operas ever again......

Give them to the library. You will still be able to read them anytime
you want but society will be paying the ground rent.
