K&N air filter controversy? - Before you start whining about my lack of it's hourly on geocities so try again later if ya can't see the pics. For the most part I never really liked K&N You have to clean them, which sucks and IMHO they seem to pass too much..

Yamaha FZ1 - I presently own a 2002 FZ1, good bike for about anything, but not the best cornering carver or torque monster, I am after a second bike or perhaps replacing the FZ1 with a new bike, what I am after is a better cornering bike and also lighter with more.

Can cartridge be replaced with "normal" type of filter?
