Dispatches just in

- they've crossed the border into Germany
- sea crossing was uneventful. No enemy action.
- during a rapid advance across Holland at a steady 100mph (Gunner
Bonwick leading), Corporal Sweller's Guzzi puked most of its oil out.
- More oil added, the advance continued
- then Cpl Sweller's Lucas ignition black box packed up
- Lt Burnt is with Cpl Sweller, hoping for recovery from local
friendlies, while the rest of the party has headed for the bivouac.
- if recovery doesn't happen by the time the bar opens, Lt Burnt is
leaving Cpl Sweller with a revolver and a handful or rounds. He knows
what to do.
- there's an unconfirmed report that Chief Petty Officer Lady Nina's
brake lever has fallen off.

Updates to follow as radio silence allows.

Remember - they're doing this so that you don't have to.

she fitted it the day before. found it had fallen off when she tried
to brake to avoid a truck.

she's aparently two miles away from the hotel at the services.

Spoke to Andy and he knew less than Champ had posted above! he,
Statto, Platy & Mike had made it to the town that the hotel was.

They're advancing towards the Austro-German/ Czech front line, with a
view to beseiging the disputed town of Passau and it's adjacent
territory. Not sure where their bivvie point is for tonight.
