Post subject: Missing a high gas consumption

I just bought a 1981 Suzuki GS650GLX, and having a problem. This morning it was hard to start, and was missing a lot. It seemed to smooth out at higher RPM's, but would miss intermittantly. It also used a full tank of gas in less than 50 miles. HELP!!!
