I hear this time and again. Back in the 80s, they were pretty lax in SF
about parking on the sidewalk, as long as you didn't block anything. I
hear those days are gone.
Some security cop wannabe wrote me a ticket for it one day, and I
complained to the court. What they said was, "If you want to get this
changed, you can." (by 'this' I mean moto parking availability on my block)
I think it's a good idea. More than one voice will get more attention.
