Maggie Modisette's husband Duane, was in a serious MC accident last night.
He was careflighted to the Hermann Memorial Hosp., with head injuries.
Maggie is with Duane in ICU right now.

Please send prayers. Thank you.

Oh shit. What's up with you Texans cornering the market on prayers lately?

Duane, you are included in my list of good thoughts and prayers.

Sunny, this is the first I knew that it is Mag's Duane. Thanks for
letting the group know. How's Mag? Please keep us informed. I'll be
keeping Dwayne in my thoughts. I so hope he is ok.

Well from what I've heard so far, Duane is one lucky dood. He nailed
his head on the concrete and split it open. He's apparently doing well
right now after surgery. No lacerations to the face.

Here's to hoping things only get better from here.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Yowza. Was he wearing a helmet?

From what I have gathered in conversation with Maggie, she is always trying
to get Duane to wear a lid. She wears an Arai full face herself.

From what I remember about Houston, Hermann Hospital is the best trauma ward
in the TX medical center. That's saying alot because there are LOTS of
great hospitals and doctors at the TX medical center, and Hermann's Trauma
unit is supposed to be the best.
