He's right. I don't want my walk across the sands to be disturbed by a loony
child on an overloud crosser spitting sand in my face. However, if I see a
parent teaching their child to ride safely on a quiet bike well away from
populated places I will ignore it and quietly go on my way. Most places are
illegal and the advice on the next post down is good if you want to rip,tear
and make a lot of noise.
