Looks like you will have to discover that in court. your reference to
fellow posters as yer source of legal opinion indicates you have not
read the legal case precidents I provided links for, and are afraid to
notice the actual recorded law on the issue.
In your case its quite damning....so I understand your wish to avoid
it Arguing with me though is not productive, you need to seek an
attorney who can educate you or it may go to a jury in which case they
will of course.
Example:
Your remarks have been mix of insults, name calling... (which *are
protected free speech) and libel, for instance calling me a drunk. Im
not. thats libel, it is illegal and you can be sued and a judgement
rendered against you regardless of any immediate or provable damage
there is extensive case law on that.. and you are not indigent, or
without an employer, you can be forced to pay a judgement, and again,
no immediate material damages have to be present to support a jury
award. Its up to them.
read the case law.
but being a vicious moron you would rather try to spin your way out of
the mess you have gotten your self in by referring to name calling and
ignoring the fact of your libel, saying I am a drunk for
instance.,,,that is *** materially false*** and is libel and you will
be answering for that.
Its a bit late to plead ignorance as i have been going over this issue
with you for some time, you have *willfully chosen to continue to
commit libel.,,,. Sorry. but it is a mess now.
You thought you could call a person a drunk (when the person is not a
drunk by the legal definition) and other mistatements of material fact
and not be sued? amazing. Most folks with a brain know better.
Its not rocket science.
Regardless, keep on posting your rationalizations, and admissions of
your long term history and lax attitude toward the damage libel does
to your targets... the jury will be impressed.,, and maybe your
agencies legal dept.
You should ask them about this 'material fact' range of issues... and
skip your trash jobs, those are legal. an opinion from them on the
trash jobs will prove it also... your trash jobs are fine with the
law.
Calling person a drunk though, or a thief etc, when that is not
relevant or accurate in context, with ill intent etc... well a jury
will absolutely hang your ass for that.
