Tank has a very slight 'weeping' leak along the bottom right hand seam of
the tank.
Attempted to seal from outside unsuccessful.
Have removed tank, drained and ventilated it.
Is it likely to possibly fix it by lining inside with an epoxy solution or
??????????
Suggestions/advice would be most welcome.

My experience is that once a tank starts leaking the best you can hope
for is a short term repair. I've tried soldering, brazing, epoxies and
various forms of arc welding inside and out. None of them held for more
than a few months.

Start looking for a new/replacement tank. You might try one of the
motorcycle wreckers for a good used tank.

Ride safe.

POR15 make a really good tank sealer, also most m/c shops can get KREEM
tank sealer-a 3 step process that does work for long periods.Mike
