The ISO grips do what they say... they dampen road vibration quite
well. Rode backstreets and interstate today from 25mph to 75mph; no
tingling in my hands. They do feel larger/thicker/more massive than
the stock grips that came with my VTX1800, but you get used to it
quickly.

Ah, good point! But also the vibration I used to feel at certain
speeds on certain roads wasn't there. And you may well be right that
the tingling wasn't vibration, though I'm sure it didn't help, but the
size fo the grip. These K's feel a good 20-25% larger.

I don't actually think it's so much the dampening that stops the
tingling. It's the size of the grips. If you have a larger grip your
hand isn't clenched as much and blood flow isn't so restricted.

Any issues with the clutch lever not traveling as far because of the grip
thickness?

Kuryakyn ISO grips - My Honda VTX1800 is a blast to ride, but the straighter position of the bars forces my wrist to an angle that makes it a little more prone to tingling and numbness due to road vibration, depending on the road. The better interstates don't cause problems...
