Have exhausted all possibilites I know of to try and find a replacement
for my off road bike, cannot even get from KTM...

Can anyone (or knows anyone) than can help me out with one of these...

Should have said, then part is questions is off a 1989 KTM Enduro 250.
I also believe the mounting plate (which is the broken bit), is the same
as fitted to the front, so that should also be suitable...

Remove all the "other" bits. Glue it back together (I'm serious), then
fill all the holes with wax. Now take it to your local friendly foundry.
Get them to cast one in ally from the pattern (probably cost you about a
tenner if you find the right place, and you're not in a hurry). Now you
need to drill and tap the holes. Mark them out carefully and centre pop
before drilling.

If it shatters and you die, I never mentioned this.

Personaly I would make somthing out of steel. It would
not be to hard to find a local fabricator to make one.
Thats just me though I would try to make it myself.
