I bought a 92 kdx250 with a damaged cylinder. One of the transfer ports
has some quite bad chips around it due to one of the crank bearings
shattering. I know the kdx uses a plated bore and so i'm not sure what
can be done with it. Anyone suggest anything that could be done to
repair it?

Cheers
Greg

Try Stan Stevens, he can do repairs and bore coating and has a good
reputation.

Can't find him on line but hopefully someone can advise....
