Obvious really:

Who's going, when are they going, when are they returning, what are
they going on?

I'll be going over but holidays are a bit short due to going on the
big boys trip in January so Saturday out and Monday back will be
better for me because I don't want to use two days holiday on this
one.

I'll take the 10R if anyone going over wants to get a bit enthusiastic
and do a couple of laps at a reasonable pace but failing that I'll
take the SOBMW just because I can throw clothes and sleeping bag on it
with no effort at all. Anyone flying over who wants to chance a
pillion ride state your preference as to what I take over or just get
on the back and deal with it.

I'm going to be making phone calls early next week to try and sort out
a floor to sleep on so the sooner anyone lets me know their plans the
better.

Me

I've already given Keef number, and apparently we're all going to be
staying in Slick's flat (he'll be at his mums), and his neighbour
Alison.

Hmm, not this year, I don't think. There's Cherie and Paul, and
Fozzy, and Kev who's riding the Thundercat with Andy Cowie, and I
think that's it.
