I quite fancy picking up a Jawa 350 at some point as I'm a bit strange like
that. AFAIK though there are now no Jawa dealers so how and where would I
source parts for one of them?

Whatever floats your boat .....
There are a lot of these about, usually fitted with a chair.
Spares and advice are plentiful on Ebay and via Google.

As with most eastern bloc stuff, they are generally solid and reliable
but somewhat agricultural. Watch out for bodged electrics. Tinworm can
also be an issue on neglected examples.

And that, folks, is what it is really all about.
Small cheap bikes can be FUN especially when you are not too worried
about getting a tiny scrape on the expensive plastic of bigger stuff.
I may be old and retired but the teenager inside is still alive.

Did anyone else end up fishing their Bantam out of the canal ?.

Jawa used to make the selector forks out of mild steel. So you usually
ended up with bent selector forks before they wore out. Shite engine.
