Hello out there,
Recently one of the screws came loose on my gas cap. Actually one fell
off (I think it is in the tank). I have replaced the screw, but now I
find myself facing a mystery as to how to get the darn thing back
together. Does anyone know of any diagrams on this? Any other
suggestions?
Thanks

Thanks very much Dave! By the illustrations provided in the article is
seems that the gas cap for the Road Star and the 1100 V-Stare are
identical.

good to hear.. glad it helped.... just make sure the "dogs" or tabs
fully retract BEFORE you put the cap back on, I've heard some nightmare
stories about guys taking pry bars to their tanks to get the caps off ~D
