Do you know of any bikes that had inverted forks with cartridges, dual
disks and a speedometer gear at the front hub?

I'm thinking of modding an older tech bike by swapping the entire
front end for something off a sport bike.

Pre 98 Buell S1s S2s S3s and RS1200s had inverted forks, speedo gear,
but only a single 330MM disc. But used a 6 piston Performance Machine,
or Nissin caliper.
