I once visited my brother who lived there and then there was an
abattoir that could really send out some smells..
and on the other side, he was very close to a busy railway.
Lovely it was.

I think you may have slightly missed the point. Those places, excellent
though they may be, are not in the same kilometre-wide grid square.
