Item number 170141758036

(Times out shortly)

Already up to £84.55

Dave Silver price: £83. Admittedly, VAT has to be added to that, but I
am dying to see if this one on Ebay sells for more than it cost the
seller to acquire it from Dave Silver.

Technically, shouldn't VAT be added to a lot of eBay sales too?

Well, only if you're registered, meet the VAT turnover threshold, and
tell the truth.

You'll find out soon who should have been, too. Ebay has been subject
to a long-term study by HM R&C. They intend to build up several (lots
of) water-tight cases, then nail the victims to the wall.

Apparently.

Not just VAT, also income tax and benefit fraud.
