Don't forget, the time of sunrise and sunset doesn't change as much in
Qld because it isn't as far south. In Western Qld 7 am (daylight savings

around 8:45-9:00AM and at 3:30-4:00PM.
3 hour school days in QLD would explain a lot, actually......
