I prefer to keep in first gear, clutch in, left foot down, right
foot on peg. That makes it very easy to bump up a few feet and stop
fast. Most drivers around here are hip enough to approach my six very
slowly, and stop well back. Reassembler

What crawled up your ass?
Is it his fault she drove away from the scene and escaped also?
Hate to see you in a judge's robe.

Not at 1AM you don't. Your points are still well advised though.
I wonder, being midnight and no traffic if she had high beams on if he could
tell how far and how fast she was. Kind of negates everything then eh?
Would take at least 2 seconds for you to get moving. Is that fast enough?
Jump off most definitely. >> Stay informed about: ~~ Cage Driver sought in hit and run of Motorcycle <= Loud.. |

Minor nit - in this case, it would be "her" fault, if it
were at all her fault (which it wasn't). The rider
in question was female. She was on the Denver news
last night, in an interview from her hospital bed (she's
in a back brace, and will be for the next few months).
Was wearing a full-face helmet, and said she was
punted off the bike and stuck the pavement head-first,
so it's good for her that she was, too. The cage driver
has since turned herself in and is being held at the local
jail.

We'll be sure to inscribe that law on your tombstone, moron.

it is *not* the persons fault automatically for a rear collission. too many
instances where it was automatic that the rear driver wasn't at fault... I,
myself, have been involved in a collission where I hit the rear of another
vehicle, yet it was ruled by the State Police that I was not at fault. what
is the "law" again? post us a link....thanks.. >> Stay informed about: ~~ Cage Driver sought in hit and run of Motorcycle <= Loud.. |
