Post subject: Binned bike! cyclist to blame, who do I claim off?

Just nailed a cyclist at a set of traffic lights. I was on green, he was crossing on the pedestrian part, went straight over without looking and then kissed my fairing! Bike on its arse, he admits its his fault, police attend, plenty of witnesses backing me up. Who do I claim off, I have only tpft cover. Anyone else had similar accident?[/b]
