does any know of a good site to look for Ape Hanger bars for a '99 Roadstar.
I want a bar that is 1 1/4" diameter so that I can hide my cables. Also any
information on the after market cables and wires (good quality). Trying to
get the work done before the weather breaks. Thanks

You know your standard controls will not fit that size of bars?

Try: -

Also try <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.chopperkit.com" target="_blank">www.chopperkit.com</a>

You need bars that taper down at the ends as you run 1" bars and the switch
gear will notfit. You are also in the relms of HD kit and even most of that
will not fit and if it does it is bloody expensive.

Try 1" bars made from 316L STST or T6 Al.

You will also need new grip, custom ones (£70+) internal throttle
(www.chopashack.com - £99)

The throttle takes some 4 weeks if Phil does not have them in stock. failing
that email me direct

you know youre an idiot? They taper down to 1" od at the control area and
at the bar mount area. If you dont feel like paying a
fortune..(H.D.price)dennis kirk has a set for 41 dollars U.S. Barnett tool
and die makes cables to your specifications in a choice of sheathing
materials
