Tests tonight from a straw poll of 1 device.
Person 1: 6 tests with no result ( probably over limit after test 3 at
3 pints of Carlsberg last test at 6 pints still no result.
Person 2: 6 tests with 3 over limit fairly accurate after test 3 with 3
pints of Stell Artois.
Person 3: 6 tests random accuracy amber up to 1.25 bottles of red wine
approx 13.5% two red and final one no result at 1.5 bottles.
Guess who will be asking for his money back tomorrow, certainly won't be
relying on it for the "morning after" check.

Have you ever not ridden a bike (or driven a car for that matter) because you
think you were over the limit after a "night before" ?
I may sit on the fence for a bit on this one.

I don't ride the bike after a night out (just one too many near death
experiences in morning after zombie mode on the bike). Have a big 4x4 to
keep me safe when I think I'm too pissed/hung over to ride/drive safely
it's automatic too "to work James and don't spare the pedestrians".

And why should it be different, on a bike, than in a car ?

The "I might get hurt" test is more applicable on a bike.

Dear Mr Pot
Whether riding a bike or driving a car, "the morning after", you are
still a cunt should you still be pissed.
Just because you feel safer doesn't make it acceptable.

Hmmm maybe that 22 points on the EQ test was right after all.
"You have a lower than average ability for understanding how other
people feel and responding appropriately. Most people with Asperger
Syndrome or high-functioning autism score about 20."
Probably explains why I like UKRM.
Going to bed now before I sober up and Nora Jones finishes on channel 4,
wish I'd recorded it now.

That's similar to my views on morning after driving, I don't mind
driving the van but I'm not happy riding the bike when I'm still
pissed. I'll ride the bike pissed if I have to to get home but it's
not an everyday thing iyswim.

So having a greater likelyhood of mowing down some other person/
biker/wife/children means nothing to you?

It's even easier than that. Take _one_ drop of alcohol, and I don't go
near the bike for twelve hours.
I'm fucking dangerous enough as it is.

Ever since I got nicked (back in 1987) I never drive/ride after a drink.
But the other night, I was out on the piss until the early hours and
drove to Sierra Nevada the next morning at around 8. After about 10
minutes driving, I realised I was still pissed. Wasn't going to turn
around and miss the skiing though. Bastard, I am.

Yeah, but that's in foreign. It don't count if you do it in foreign.

Hmm... Toughie.
I guess if the booze you drank was that piss-weak foreign muck, it
couldn't be all bad.

Ah. You have only yourself to blame. Although The Voices are screaming
"Platypus" at me for some unknown reason.
My advice, should the situation arise again, would be to ride out of
foreign as quickly as possible. Once you regain England, Home and
Beauty, then stop. Sober up.
And resolve to never, ever do it again.
