Post subject: Adusting Gear Shifter

Hello,

I bought a 2006 Yamaha Virago because I just started riding and felt comfortable with the hp of a 250cc to start learning. Problem is my new boots are too thick to fit comfortably under the gear shift. Is the gear shift adjustable? If so, how do I make more room in this area? Thank you, in advance, for your help with this. Smile

Kindest Regards,
Maryann
