It rocks.

It's very easy to use, and the only stand I've ever used where there
wasn't a moment of "is it properly seated, will the bike fall over?"

For those that haven't seen/used one:
To use it you slide an L shaped bit of metal under the bike, locating a
fitting into the swingarm pivot.

You go round the other side, and fix an upright onto the end of the L
that has poked through underneath the bike from the other side. A
couple of twists on a couple of wheels secures it to the frame and the
bike.

Wander back round to the left, extend the handle, and pull. I was a
bit skeptical about the instructions saying do the pulling with one
hand and guide the handlebars with the other, but it really is that
easy.

I'm very pleased with it. Thanks to Hog for recommending it.

Full throttle for 55 minutes - a hell of a buzz.

I have a similar stand that a small engineering firm in Norwich made for
me in 1998. I saw it in Tinklers M/cs when I picked my new bike up and
ordered one the next day by mail order. It came with fittings that go
into the hollow swing arm spindle and has two removeable bars that allow
the rear of the bike to be pulled down with ratchet straps so both
wheels can be removed together. Since I bought it I've used it on the
Firestorm, had new adaptors turned up to suit the ZZR1100C, KR-1 and
ZZR1100D. The Firestorm fittings are identical to the T/ace as well, so
I don't have to have new ones made.

What I really do like is that I don't have to use my back to pull the
bike up onto the stand, I press down on the bar with my left foot and
that does the job leaving both hands to steady the bike. Saves an awful
lot of straining and possible bike damage.

It cost me 90 quid back then, but is really well made and easy to use
alone.
