Chaz dreamed aloud:

Can you be a little more specific? If you're referrin' to an H-D, I
believe they're currently producing some 27 different models, not
includin' Screamin' Eagles. There's lots of good info for you at

Cost equals perceived value/utility/good vibes (joy?) less what you pay for
something. The cost is hard to measure until you don't have it anymore.

If you mean price for Harleys, you can find price them on the web site.

For what a lot of us get out of owning a HD, the true "cost" is in the plus
column. Said another way, the value percieived and the utility received is
much greater than the price we paid.

There's an expression in the boating world: "the two happiest days of a
boater's life is the day they get the boat and the day they sell the boat."
Not true for most Harley Owners. The happiest day is usually each day we
get up on two wheels.

BTW...adding a Mustang seat to my Road King makes my wife able to ride with
me, so whatever price I paid for it is long forgotten.

See what I mean?

Regards,

Doug

Too much caffeine for me this morning, I guess. Oh, well, you asked.

They cost quite a bit. Depending on your definition of "bit".

There is this thing that they have now that you can use to find out a
little more information. Go to the magic box that you typed this message
on, and open your internet, and type in www.harley-davidson.com.

Well, by your spelling attributes, I'd say you're Canadian.

By your dumbass question, I'd say that you've never been here before
and most likely won't find your way back. So, will our Cannuckian
friends please show this man back to his seat in the frozen tundra.

By the way, I rode to work this morning in 55deg air, low humidity,
and the sun rising over the skyline on the other side of the bay. It
was gorgeous......

WOW!
Scottly, the known racist, had the audacity to actually withstand such
chilly temps!

The fatness that is also known as his cranial hairlessness, and without
synapses that are hooked up properly, took a ride in temperatures that
are lower then normal body temps!

I am aghast!

WOOO HOOO!

I'm impressed as well, Scottly!

Well, I'm jealous. I rode to work in 28 degree air in the dark.
Still better than going in the truck.
