Vstar 650 ?Engine seized? - I'm hoping is still posting here. I have a 99 vstar 650 and the previous owner stripped out the threads for the bolts that hold the oil filter cover. I had to remove the clutch cover (Right side of the engine) in order to tap the the hole out..
