I am llosing battery juice within 24 hours. New starter, new battery,
checked all wires that I can think of. Any ideas? Has anyone had a similiar
problem with this model?

What makes you think there's any "unique" problem with your Shadow
that only another Shadow owner would know about?

Maybe there is something that is still turned on with the key in the
"off" position, or maybe you're just leaving the ignition key in the
"park" position. That position lights the tail light only.

If you have a volt meter handy, check for electrical power at the fuse
panel with the ignition switch off. You shouldn't have any voltage to
anything except the main fuse.

If you don't have a voltmeter and there really is something draining
the battery, you might try pulling all the fuses out of the fuse panel
and see which one stops the power drain.

Simple test lights can be used to find power by probing suspected
points with one lead and the other other lead hooked to the frame.

Rectifier with a bad diode. Easy to have checked if you do not know how.
